Once purchased, the user gets confirmation that they will be able to play in a session on the event days. Game Descriptions- Each game is accompanied by a Game Description that strictly follows a common format. The Knowledgebase webpage has a detailed description of the Game-Based Learning Design Methodology. Games in this website strictly adhere to the local community needs, industrial educational and training requirements, best practices and learning theories. Age restrictions and skill requirements define registration limitations. Please read all details carefully and register only if you think you can play or you can practice to play. Registration in teams is highly recommended. Corporate registrations earn special discounts.

Return, refund, and cancellation policy- We have a no refund policy. However, if you wish to register for another game and cancel your existing one, just send us an email and we will be happy to change your registration of equal or lesser value. Mindful of the high cost of litigation, both you and  International National Games agree to the following dispute resolution procedure: In the event of any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on the Site, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Terms of Use and Service or any part of it ("Dispute"), the party asserting the Dispute shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party (by first class or registered mail) describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute.  Notice shall be sent to:

Method of Payments- All forms of credit cards are accepted. If your card has insufficient funds, your transaction will be declined, No refunds, only exchanges of equal or lesser values are accepted. Maximum purchase of tickets and games value cannot exceed AED 3000 per day per credit card holder (for online purchase. Please bring your Emirates ID card along with your credit card on the event to purchase tickets and games.

Transaction currency or currencies- Since we are based in International, all currency transactions are based on AED. International transactions dealing with currency conversions depend on the value of the dollar and your card policy. We have no control over currency conversions. All sales are final. You will be billed as soon as you complete the Check Out process.

Privacy policy – We assure you that all information collected through the Registration form, Log in form, Contact Us form, Cart, Surveys etc. through the International National Games website will be kept private and no part of any consumer information will be shared or sold to any third party.
