Goal Attend a Panel Interview in which you are asked a series of current market questions to determine if you are hired or rejected for a position.
Learning Objectives Select a "position" to apply for from a list displayed. Attend a panel interview to determine your employability skills (including soft skills like team work, communication, leadership, technical skills etc.). Prepare for a real interview.
Skills New graduates, individuals changing careers
Props Office Set up. Group of Facilitators with unique set of questions to ask according to the "position" to be interviewed for.

Rules Select a job position to interview for. Select "easy" or "challenging" interview. Select interview for one or for two positions.
- Attend a 30 minute interview session with the panellists.
- You will be judged based on your attire, communication skills, degree of satisfying the panelists with responses and general attitude.
Climax Timer ends after half hour with an alarm
Winning Criteria Interview panellist determines if the participant in Rejected or Hired for the job.
