Problem Scenario  (unique problem on each UAE National Games Event Day): Family problems (drugs, school drop out, in subordinate son, problem daughter in law etc)
A family based problem is presented. Teams discuss to find a solution. In olden times, villages had "panchayat" meaning 5 elders of the village would solve the community problem. Law was not involved to save the honor of the village.  This game reminds the Senior of their superior position in the community as a Guide and a Counsellor. It demands their wisdom in a dilemma.

NOTE: The learning goal updates the advice with current times to maintain the Senior's credibility.

Facilitator shares the Team Solutions and matches with the closest one we have in hand (based on professional advice)

Advice Letter  Participants walk away with key leadership and counselling phrases and strategies to guide families.
